* Young physicians/scientists, born in 1980 or later
** Approval letter signed by the head of department or copy of your status ID must be uploaded 
*** Day tickets are available onsite only

Fees for all Meeting Participants include:

• Admission to all scientific sessions
• Admission to the industrial exhibition
• Congress bag
• Final Programme
• Opening ceremony & welcome reception
• Public transport within the city of Vienna (21 - 25 April 2017)

Note: Meals are not included in your registration fee.

Warning: There are an increasing number of fraudulent websites that impersonate ECCMID 2016. We would like to alert all members and delegates to be aware of possible scams and to strongly advise you to only use the official ECCMID accommodation system for booking.

Cancelation policy:

All cancellations must be e-mailed, fees will be as follows:

• Cancellations received up to and including 20 January 2016 – full refund
• Cancellations received between 21 January to 24 February 2016 – 50% will be refunded (6 weeks)
• After 25 February 2016 – no refund will be made

Accredited journalists are welcome to cover the 26th ECCMID. Please find more information here. 

You will also be requested to show your press identification upon registration. A fully equipped press centre will be at your disposal during the congress.
