Q: I have booked a booth space in the exhibition, is that reservation still valid?
A: Yes. Any sponsorship and exhibition reservations made to date will be applicable in Amsterdam as well. Our representatives will be in touch with you over the next few days in order to modify your reservation as needed.

Q: When do you plan approaching us in order to find a new booth space?
A: The allocation of the new booth spaces will be made according to the allocation process order, starting with the biggest sponsor to the smallest. Afterwards the allocation will be made according to the date the booking has been made, i.e. starting with the earliest reservation to the latest.

Q: I would like to inquire which sponsorship opportunities are available and whether there has been any change in the sponsorship items.
A: We are currently modifying the sponsorship and exhibition prospectus that will be available for all on the congress website.

Q: I will need to receive a new contract for the reservations of my sponsorship and exhibition items, how can I coordinate that?
A: We will shortly get in touch with you and send you a revised contract with the details of the new congress venue and the updated booth space.

Q: I would like to reserve a meeting room during the congress. How can I reserve a space?

The details regarding meeting rooms will be available very shortly. Once we will have the meeting room options, we will be send a notification to all the companies and will invite them to send their specific requests.
